Bacup Road, Burnley - A671 - Illegal rubbish dumping

[Brunlea]

A layby was being used to illegally dump rubbish on Bacup Road (A671) in Burnley over the years. The Police set up CCTV cameras to monitor those using the layby after it was reported and I believe the rubbish has now been removed.
